Historical landmarks are abundant here in Georgetown with Tudor Place firmly impressed amongst the top for its timeless aesthetic and distinction. From the outside, Tudor Place looks like a home situated in a large park as it sits on 5.5 acres of large trees, gardens, and grass for as far as the eye can see.

This weekend, I decided to visit the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian to kick off summer here in Washington, D.C.

Upon arrival, I was impressed by the beautiful landscape of floral arrangements and cascading waterfall which all play homage to Native American culture.

I’ve had a strong appreciation for the arts for as long as I can remember so visiting the National Museum of Women in the Arts in D.C. was a must. The museum is one of the few that are currently open in D.C. during covid, and strict safety measures are in places without hindering the experience.

My visit to the Museum of the Bible was filled with enhanced imagery, interactive storytelling, history, and loads of immersive exhibitions.

The museum has six floors and is one of the few museums open in D.C. during covid. The establishment has many safety protocols in place allowing its guests to view the exhibits safely while enjoying the overall experience.
